  • Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance
Gabbart Communications has built a Content Management System that helps encourage and sometimes even enforces ADA Compliance.
This will help ensure that your website is easily accessible to Americans that may be using a screen reader or other assistive device to view your website.

We’ve also partnered with Monsido to maintain the highest standards of compliance.

  • An application programming interface (API) is a way for two or more computer programs to communicate with each other. It is a type of software interface offering a service to other pieces of software.

  • content management system (CMS) is computer software used to manage the creation and modification of digital content (content management).

Gabbart Communications hosts the Content Management System for your website.

  • The Domain Name System (DNS) is the hierarchical and decentralized naming system used to identify computers reachable through the Internet or other Internet Protocol (IP) networks. The resource records contained in the DNS associate domain names with other forms of information. These are most commonly used to map human-friendly domain names to the numerical IP addresses computers need to locate services and devices using the underlying network protocols but have been extended over time to perform many other functions as well. The Domain Name System has been an essential component of the functionality of the Internet since 1985.

Typically, the school will know where these records are kept.

  • This is a page type that Gabbart uses to store and display Staff members and faculty.

This is the most common directory page type. The DOP page can display user accounts, user profiles, and individual directory entries.
Each Directory of People page contains the following Optional Content:
